01: Arrival in Trivandrum

Your Ayurveda and Rejuvenation Tour will start with your arrival at the Trivandrum airport, where our representative will be there to escort you to the hotel. After lunch explore the temples and museums of the city. Stay overnight at the hotel in Trivandrum.

02: Trivandrum-Thottapally

On the second day after breakfast you will drive to Thotapally. Upon reaching explore the local village life. Thereafter, you will be sailing to Alleppey. Spend the night on the floating houseboat

03: Alapuzzha-Kumarakom

In the morning, you will disembark the Houseboat at Alleppey and our representative will showcase you the Alleppey town and temples. Thereafter lunch, your next move to will be Kumarakom. Upon reaching check in at the backwater resort at Kumarakom and experience the first holistic healing of Kerala ayurveda massage therapy. Stay overnight at the resort.

04: Kumarakom-Periyar

On the fourth day of the ayurveda tour, you will explore several species of birdlife at Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Then you will be driven to Periyar. On arrival, check-in at Periyar resort. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride at the Periyar Lake, looking for animals on the shores of the lake. The fourth day will end with your overnight stay at the wildlife resort in Periyar.

05: Periyar-Munnar

After exploring the wildlife and the amazing natural beauty of Periyar early morning, you will head for Munnar. On arrival take your hotel. For the next whole day, you will be touring this favorite spot for honeymoon goers. Experience the peace and tranquility spread all over the land. Take a tour to the pristine valleys & mountains, wild sanctuaries and tea & spice plantations. Overnight will be at the hotel in Munnar.

06: Munnar-Kochi

After exploring the natural scenic beauty in Munnar, we head towards Kochi (Cochin) in the morning. On arrival, check-in at the hotel Kochi. Afternoon, visit the major attractions of the city such as; Chinese Fishing Nets, Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue and Saint Francis Church. Enjoy a Kathakali Dance performance in the evening. Stay overnight at Kochi.

07- Kochi- Kovalam

On the 7th day of the Kerala ayurveda tour, you will drive to Kovalam where you will dwell in its lap of beaches. On arrival you will be transferred to the hotel. The very first activity awaiting you eagerly will be Ayurvedic and Rejuvenation program for which Kerala is world famous. You will undergo Ayurveda treatments or massage therapies at the Kerala Ayurvedic centre, once you have finished with all these activities, you can explore the backwaters beaches of Kovalam. Stay overnight at the hotel in Kovalam

08-14: Kovalam Beaches (7 days Ayurveda Therapy and Treatment)

The beach resorts of Kovalam, offers ayurvedic treatments to cure diseases. Over the next seven days, you will undergo on a weeklong treatment or rejuvenation therapy as per your choice. On these 7 days, you can also explore the nearby sites of Kovalam.

15: Kovalam- Trivandrum-Departure

As you finish your Rejuvenation Treatment, on the 15th day, our representative will transfer you to the Trivandrum airport where you will board your flight back home.
